Senior Administration Assistant (Housing) - Qatar Airways - Doha


This role is a support function and therefore knowledge and experience in either/all areas including Housing & Allocation, Procurement, Contracts management, Utility management, General administration, Asset management, Supply Chain management, Finance (AP & Cost justification functions) would be ideal.

• Your primary responsibility is to liaise, coordinate and manage the Housing & Allocation of staff accommodation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage the multiple scenarios, challenges, queries and address them professionally in line with the company policies and procedures.
• Allocate accommodation units as per eligibility matrix
• Generating reports and broadcasting emails of generic & individual nature
• Address key issues of staff and escalate when necessary
• Liaise with multiple departments & divisions to organize arrival preparation, accommodation transfers and staff move out.
• Ensure all documentation is complete including Inventory checks for all incoming and outgoing staff, and that recharges are made and submitted to relevant stakeholders
• Receive requests of multiple nature and forward to the relevant stake holders.

Requirements

You should have a trade or vocational qualification with minimum 3 years of job related experience. Experience working in Housing or Hotel Industry would be preferred. Bachelor Degree will be preferred.

We are looking for someone who possesses excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a team. You should have had previous experience in a coordination role and advanced knowledge in MS Excel and Word. Candidate with knowledge in Property Manager (Oracle ERP) will be advantageous and preferred.
