Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading Law Firm in Doha. Our clients ethos is based on providing the highest standard of client care to a variety of clients on both national and international work across both the public and private sectors. Due to the expansion of their Corporate Team, they are looking to hire 2 x Senior Associates - Corporate.
Requirements
You should have at least 4 years experience in handling a range of corporate related matters gained within a firm. The successful candidate will be handling a broad caseload of corporate issues including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and general commercial matters.
Suitable candidates should possess exceptional team working skills, commercial awareness and the ability to further develop their understanding of this area of law. You should be able to demonstrate an excellent academic background and will have ideally worked for an international law firm.
Please note our client is looking for 2 candidates with different language skills due to the nature of the caseloads;
1. Bilingual Arabic/English - fluent written, spoken, reading
2. Native English Speaker
