Job description / Role
- Knowledge of the laws, rules and regulations related to work, as well as the knowledge of the rules of auditing and different standards of auditing and accounting issued by the competent authorities.
- Responsible for auditing of all financial accounts for the fiscal year in all companies that follow the section depend of auditing programs.
- Review and evaluate its reports ,audit program and work methods; and suggest the proper methods for developing them .
- Assist with writing the finding, recommendation reports using suitable formula.
- Inform the controller of any defalcation, conversion or forgery with evidence.
- With suggestion of action need to be taken.
- Check the systems, works and reports of the Internal control units in auditees.
- Review and evaluate its reports and work methods; and suggest the proper methods for developing them.
- guidance the members of the auditors with overseeing them, and work to increase awareness of the oversight and development of their knowledge.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments related to the field of Specialization and make appropriate suggestions for the development work and to raise the efficiency of performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting / Finance / Business, Master Degree is preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)/ Chartered Accountant (CA), or equivalent.
- 7+ years of experience audit in Oil & Gas company or Investment auditees.
- Knowledge of the basics of management (planning, organizing, monitoring, assessment …) .
- Fluently in English and prefer with Arabic language Ability to work within a team.
- A good level in the use of the computer to perform his functions.
- The ability to study, analyze and understand the problems and find solutions.
- The ability to adapt to business requirements.
- The ability to learn and self-development according to the requirements of the job.
- The ability to use Teammate or any other new audit system used in the future.
