Senior Change Manager

Client is a leading Programme management organisation with an extensive track record in mega rail projects globally. They are looking for a Senior Change Manager to work on a major rail project in the Middle East. The role is a Senior Level role and will be a key part of the PMO Senior Team.

The Senior Change Manager will responsible for interfacing with all of the relevant PMO disciplines in analyzing the impacts of proposed changes and ensure that all approved changes are incorporated in the Master Program Schedule and Master Cost Schedule and budget.

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in relevant Engineering discipline
- 15+ years of relevant experience of which at least 4 need to be on globally recognised rail programmes
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Heavy Civil/Rail experience preferred
- Experience of working on a major projects essential
- Previous experience of working in a PMO/Programme management environment
- Stable and successful track record in change management

Middle East experience is not essential for this role, rather a previous role on globally acknowledged rails projects is essential
