Senior Compensation, Benefits & Rewards Specialist – Qatar

CLIENT

Linum Consult’s client operates out of the Middle East. Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking an Arabic-speaking Senior Compensation, Benefits & Rewards Specialist to join their team in Qatar.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading the development and execution of a competitive compensation and benefits programme
• Conducting in-depth market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identifying best practices
• Designing and administering impactful employee recognition programmes to boost morale and engagement
• Analysing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of rewards programmes and identifying improvement opportunities
• Communicating effectively with leadership and employees at all levels about compensation and benefits

PROFILE

• 8-10 years’ experience in compensation and benefits or similar HR field
• Strong track record of designing and implementing successful rewards programmes
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
