Senior CVM Manager - Digital for Vodafone - Qatar

Purpose: To deliver the Digital CVM program strategy and realise commercial opportunity across all digital channels. This role will be responsible for designing a blueprint of Digital CVM execution, based on accumulated knowledge, practices and recommendations from multiple internal sources as well as external best practices from other industries.

Digital CVM blueprint includes recommended approach leveraging identified repeatable assets and realizing synergies of people / processes / platforms , blueprint gap analysis, recommendations for rollout sequence of activities in selected markets and Implementation guidance with commercial performance tracking against business case

Delivering an uplift in CVM revenue contribution from Digital channels

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Delivering an uplift in CVM revenue contribution from Digital channels
- Working with CVM managers in blueprint adoption, use cases implementation & best practices
- Be the SME for CVM within the broader Digital CVM task force ensuring commercial and customer experience benefits are maximized
- Work with the broader Digital team to act as the CVM Subject Matter Expert (SME)– Collaborate across Digital & CVM teams to identify ways to improve CVM in digital channels leveraging available and new Digital and CVM platforms and merging silo customer data sources and analytics
- Clearly present the Digital CVM benefits & high level business use cases to support adoption within leadership teams (CBU directors, COPs directors, Heads of Brand, Digital, CVM etc)

Key performance indicators:
- Digital CVM contribution to service revenue
- Responsibility for maximizing the efficiencies and synergies, using existing assets and minimizing capabilities overlap and complexity

Requirements

- 8+ Years of Marketing experience in Telecoms
- 5+ years of CVM/ CLM Experience
- Experience in SPSS &/or Unica is a major plus
- Experience in Big Data delivery
- University degree, MBA is a plus
- Proven experience in CVM and in digital marketing
- P&L accountability at current or past roles
- Knowledge in customer analytics
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Strong commercial understanding/acumen of business KPI’s.
- Experienced in producing and delivering business cases which focus on customer experience and commercial drivers through the change work undertaken.
