Job description / Role
Currently recruiting for a Senior Electrical Engineer for an award winning International consultancy. The successful Senior Electrical engineer will be based out of Qatar for the first six months working on health care projects, then moving to UAE to be based in the Abu Dhabi office on a permanent basis, to work on prestigious commercial/hotel/high rise projects throughout the UAE.
The Senior Electrical engineer we're looking for needs be educated to a degree level in Electrical Engineer and needs to have 10-15 years post graduate experience. A Senior Electrical Engineer who is UPDA Grade A would be preferred.

The role of Senior Electrical Engineer will involve participation of client meetings, dealing with clients and project field personnel, manage and guide junior electrical engineering staff , provide solutions to problems, monitor and control quality of work being produced. This role is technically challenging and requires someone who is technically excellent and has extensive knowledge and experience.
Requirements
* Degree educated in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
* 10 - 15 years post graduate experience in Electrical Building Services Design
* Excellent communication skills, with client facing experience
* Knowledge and capability to produce earthing generator arrangements, power systems, backup power systems, fault current calculation analysis.
* Excellent understanding and knowledge of electrical engineering codes and standards
