Job description / Role
Objectives: Assist the Head of department in the day to day activities
Reporting to: Chief Investment Officer
Main responsibilities:
- Financial due diligence
- Valuations
- Financial modelling
- Advisory (buy side/sell side)
Subordinates: NA
Other interactions: Internal and external (legal advisors, shariah advisors, clients, banks, valuators, others)
Desired start date: Immediately
Probation: 2 months
Travel requirements: Occasional
Gross monthly base salary: QAR 15,000 - QAR 20,000
Commission / Bonus: Discretionnary
Other Benefits: Health insurance, life insurance, tickets
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience (big 4 preferably)
- Experience in real estate is an advantage
- Excellent financial modelling skills
- Excellent presentation skills and preparation of pitch books
- GCC experience is a must
- Preferably Arabic speaker
- Both Male and Female will be considered
- CFA and MBA are more desirable
