Our newest opportunity is for a talented Senior Landscape Architect to join our office in Doha, Qatar.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities in th e associate role will include:

- Review and approve material, shop drawings, method statements, inspections, as-built drawings, manuals, warranties and submittals in line with specifications and contract documents, ensuring adherence to government codes and regulations.
- Supervise and inspect Hard and Soft Landscape works.
- Approve all work under supervision, ensuring adherence to codes and standards.
- Supervise contract document preparation and ensure accuracy.
- Integrate relevant codes, construction techniques, and sequences across projects.

Requirements

Qualifications

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity we envision that your career journey to date will include 15 + years of relevant work experience partnered with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture or relevant from an accredited University or College program with a professional registration, licensure or chartership with an internationally recognized professional association.
- A strong commitment to quality control for design and technical issues.
- Proficient in key design related computer programs AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup.
- The ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and concisely in writing and verbally.
- The ability to comprehend, analyse, and interpret documents and solve problems involving several options in situations.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and quantitative skills with the ability to effectively present information clearly. Partners with clients to exceed their expectations and build client relations.
- Familiar with AutoCAD, SketchUp. Microsoft Office Suite.
