Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with one of their prestigious clients who due to continued market success is looking to hire a bilingual (Arabic and English) Senior Legal Executive to join their team.
Reporting to Group Legal, you will support the legal department and will manage board documents, compile and update corporate company information, conduct research, proof read documents and draft correspondence. You will liaise with subsidiaries and participate in regular internal legal meetings and with external parties regarding all issues pertaining to legal affairs. You will prepare formal legal correspondence for external parties to advice on legal issues and contract of nature and prepare Ad Hoc MIS reports in order to meet the departments needs and Senior Management requests.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a bachelors Degree in law with a minimum of 5 years experience in the same role, ideally with experience working with joint ventures and acquisitions. This is a corporate environment therefore the successful candidate should be highly polished and very professional, who is able to work well under pressure within tight timelines and will have excellent verbal and written English and Arabic.
