About The Business Unit:

Loyalty section within the Product Development & Services Department is responsible for developing the Consumer loyalty & retention framework and metrics, and lead propositions and activities aimed at maximizing customer value and minimize customer churn across all customer segments.

About The Role:

This role is responsible for for the E2E operations and the development as well as the exposure of the loyalty brands in the market; for all Ooredoo's loyalty programs customers' lifecycle; for all above and below the line communication regarding loyalty promotions and activities to relevant customer segments and ensure that the loyalty brands are aligned with Ooredoo's marcoms and have high media share in order to convey constantly Ooredoo's loyalty strategy and messages across the market.

Requirements

About The Person:

You should have at least

- 10 years' experience in brand communications and/or commercial operations with a telecom operator in the related area.
- Proven experience in managing brand strategy for loyalty programs.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Minimum Qualification:

- Minimum requirement is a Bachelors degree in Marketing
