Employment: Full Time

As the Senior Manager -Soft Services, you will be responsible for providing the leadership, guidance, support and direction for the Soft Platform.

Responsible for the delivery of cleaning and other front of house services the ensure SLA and KPI agreed with client are met and dilivered.

Description:
• Will be responsible for providing the leadership, guidance, support and direction for the Soft Platform.
• Establishing and enhancing customer relations, organising mobilisation plans for new contracts, conduction staff training's
• To lead and deliver a quality of service solution through understanding of building assets and the associated required cleaning solutions.
• Ensure a strong client relationship is developed and maintained, allowing for organic growth opportunities.
• Ability to lead and control a large scale of manpower and manage large scale projects in a systematic and well-organized manner.
• Perform HSE inspections and provide input to accident and incident investigations.
• Collaborate with HSEQ Department to provide response to client's request for information, inspections, audits, etc.
• Follow client/company guidelines with regards to the identification and reporting of health and safety hazards.
• Comply with all Company & Client policies and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire safety and COSHH.
• Ensure the staff reporting to him/her plus subcontractors are following the necessary procedures and safety practices

Interaction:
Senior Maintenance Manager, Business Support Manager, Custodial Managers; Training Manager, Safety Director and all the C Level including the Client stakeholders, SME cleaning deliver, Snr. Managers etc

Requirements

Should be university degree in Facilities /Hotel Management/ Business Management or a similar demonstrated education standard.

Over 15 yrs in working in large people moving platforms delivering front of house with previous experience in 5-star hotels, hospitals, medical unit, Convention Centre, Airports and IT Park etc.

Global MNC experience (FM/ Soft Services) in the western developed market at the managerial level of 6-7 years is essential.
