Senior Proposal Engineer - Qatar

Reputable Engineering Consultancy is urgently seeking a Senior Proposals Engineer who has vast experience working on high value mixed use projects. This position will be based in Doha, Qatar.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible to draft, design and produce competitive Bid Proposals and presentations for building Engineering Consultancy services.
• Knowledge of the industry, expertise to do technical evaluation of RFP, and exceptional writing skills combined with the ability to multi-task on multiple pursuits related to Proposals, Costing, and Contracts.
• Works with business development and technical staff to develop overall strategy for the deliverable.
• Evaluates competitor proposals, win rates, and process to recommend and implement new processes and methods to improve organizational efficiency and win rate.

Requirements

• You must have a degree in civil engineering
• Minimum 12 years of specific experience with a recognized, Engineering Consultancy firm on high value projects related to High rise buildings, Towers, Residential, Commercial, Retail and mixed used projects.
• Excellent English language skills, verbal and written
• A minimum of 5 years in the GCC experienced preferred.
