Job description / Role
To take the lead role as Commercial Manager (Lead Cost Consultant) for a major new infrastructure and commercial development. Excellent opportunity to work for a leading international organisation and successfully manage a major project from inception to completion.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have been at least a senior member of the commercial team for a cost consultancy on major projects previously. Previous Middle East experience is preferred but not essential. The successful applicant will be degree and MRICS qualified and have at least 15 years quantity surveying and commercial management experience.
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- MRICS qualified
- Minimum 15 years experience
- Be able to run commercial meetings
- Leading a team of 5 Quantity Surveyors
- Previous experience working as a Cost consultant ideally for a major international consultant
- Experience of infrastructure ideally expressways
- Commercially managed projects from inception to completion
