Senior Sales Associate – Victoria's Secret

Demonstrate & recommend products to optimize sales while offering excellent customer service. Support management at all times whilst acting in accordance Company Policies & Procedures.
*Ensure sales area is clean, presentable, fully stocked & compliant to brand/Company Policies & Procedures.
*Seek & maintain product knowledge & assist in the coaching of new & existing colleagues.
*Advise/recommend & coach customers. Deliver customer care & service that is consistent with the brand values.
*Actively participate in product launches in order to attract new customers.
*Responsible for all administration & document completion.
*Responsible for actively seeking ways to maximize sales & achieve targets at every opportunity.
Skills and Experience:
* Minimum 1 year's retail experience
* Good communication skills.
* Excellent people skills coupled with creativity, energy & enthusiasm.
* Willing to work in a multi-national environment always ready to take up a challenge.
