Job description / Role
A leading investment house in Qatar is looking to hire a Senior VP to their Real Estate team.
This position requires you to have excellent experience and proven track record in origination of real estate transactions - structuring and execution of credit, equity investments. In addition this role will be to work in partnership with the senior management and internal team to source and execute transactions and/or deal opportunities.
Requirements
- Degree qualified ideally with MBA type qualification
- 8 yrs plus experience from a top tier investment house or boutique specialist organisation, focused on Real Estate and Advisory.
- Strong analytical background with the ability to analyse specific target clients and or deal opportunities.
- Experience in Real Estate or Investment Advisory from either Private Equity or IB background.
- Extensive experience across high yield credit, mezzanine and equity investments.
