Showroom Supervisor (Cosmetics, Salon products)

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Female Showroom Supervisor to join our luxury cosmetics and salon products retail team in Doha. The Showroom Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the showroom, managing the showroom team, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion and knowledge for cosmetics, salon products, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in retail management.

- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the showroom, including sales, customer service, inventory management, supervise the showroom staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
- Ensure excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the inventory team to ensure stock availability
- Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies to the management
- Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new products and special promotions
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on showroom performance and sales
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitors' activities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Ensure that the showroom is visually appealing, and that merchandise is displayed effectively to maximize sales
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns
- Train and onboard new sales team members to ensure they are knowledgeable about the products and brand
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the head office for stock replenishment
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Proven experience in a retail supervisory or management role, preferably in the salon and/or cosmetics industry
- Passion for beauty and salon products and strong knowledge of current trends and styles
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency in using retail management software and MS Office applications
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as per the retail industry standards

Requirements

- Proven experience as a showroom supervisor or similar role in the beauty or retail industry
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising
- Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for the beauty and salon products industry
- Proficiency in MS Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems
