Job description / Role
Guildhall is representing a main contractor working on a 6 star hotel project which requires a Snr Construction Manager for Finishing & Fit Out works.
The project duration is 18 - 24 months, however the likelyhood that this will be extended and move onto other projects is very high given their current backlog.
Candidates with Finishing and / or Fit Out of high end, luxury projects exposure is essential for this role.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Minimum of 15 years postgraduate experience
- Preferably located in Qatar
- Experience working on Finishing and / or Fit Out of high end, luxury projects
- Main Contractor background or Sub Contractor required
