Soft Services Manager

A Leading Provider of Integrated Facilities Management

Job description / Role

• Must be well versed with all relevant statutory requirements and Health & Safety Regulations (H&S)
• Sound knowledge in MS Office
• Minimum of University Degree in Facilities Management or Business Management
• With ten (10) years’ experience in managing a contract in a 24 hour per day, 365 day per year operation
• Said experience shall be in a comparable position, managing no less than sixty (60) employees
• Experience in the airport environment and operations is an advantage
• BICS Certified


• Good knowledge in servicing of LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified facilities
• Must have good leadership skills
• Strong verbal, listening, written communication skills is required
• Have good working knowledge of High Access Cleaning Services and related matters
• Should be well versed with Operating cleaning equipments and the use of cleaning chemicals
• Gathered experience in a minimum of two different companies
• Good communication skills in written and spoken English and at least one other language
• Highly motivated and self-directed capable of multi-tasking
• Should be proactive, energetic and have the ability to work under pressure
