Job Description

- To ensure high standards of cleanliness in the departments
- Report any maintenance issues to the Spa Supervisor.
- To be fully aware of current and future services offered by the hotel and to make suggestions for improvement, expansion or creation of new services.
- To maintain a high customer service focus.
- To always provide customers with an enjoyable and memorable experience
- Constantly strive to increase guest satisfaction through quality & creativity.
- To provide a courteous, efficient and professional service at all times.
- To have a thorough knowledge of Spa Department as well as other applicable services offered by the hotel.

Requirements

Qualifications

- High School or any higher qualification.
- A fresher or a minimum of 1 year experience.
