Employment: Full Time

First impressions are everything! As a Spa Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing memorable experience in welcoming the guest in Spa. You will be the first point of contact for the guest.

- Greeting guest warmly and make them feel welcome
- Take the initiative to add a personalized experience
- Proudly promote the and knowledgeable about various services offered in Spa.
- Maintain presence in the lobby as an ambassador of the property and brand, offering exceptional service to the guests

Requirements

Your experience and skills include the following:

- Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
- Detailed oriented and have ability to Multi-task
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Should have a friendly and professional demeanor
