Charterhouse is working with leading company who is continually growing and expanding their portfolio. Our client has an exciting new project and is looking to hire a Sports and Recreation Manager. This role is challenging and exciting and will give the successful candidate the opportunity to make this role their own.
As Sports and Recreation Manager you will be responsible for the programing, budgeting, supervision and direct leadership of all sports and recreational activities. You will conceptualize and manage the sports and recreation facilities as well as design, develop and implement rules and regulations on the use of the facilities and equipment. You will also be responsible for conducting the best practices for sports leagues and fitness programs and support the overall programs spearheaded by management.
The successful candidates should have at least three to five years experience in a similar role and hold a University Degree ideally in Recreation and Sports Management. You should also be a proactive and forward thinking individual who is commercially aware and has strong communication, people management and negotiation skills.
