Stakeholder Manager

Job description / Role

• Develop and maintain a stakeholder map for the program or project.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and integration to achieve program or project objectives for scope, budget, schedule, quality, sustainability, legacy, etc.
• Make certain that the program / project commitments and objectives are fully understood by the stakeholders and satisfactorily achieved.
• Facilitate delivery of the stakeholders projects and required inputs to support timely completion of the Program / Project under QPM management
• Actively participate in working groups aimed at providing solutions to delivery challenges, such as construction logistics, supply chain, sustainability, social concerns, and legacy.
• Assist in the collection and analysis of project performance data (e.g., schedule, cost, safety, resource requirements, and sustainability) from stakeholders.
• Maintain the stakeholder issues log and monitor resolution of issues.
• Provide the conduit for effective communication between the project team and each stakeholder
• Provide vision and leadership to staff and stakeholders.
• Endorse and adhere to programme policies and procedures.
• Determine program risks and provide proactive mitigation strategies.
• With experience in dealing with Kahramaa and Civil Defense

Requirements

• Degree qualified in a construction or engineering discipline or the field of the stakeholder
• Must have an understanding and experience in working with multiple stakeholders
• Fluent in both English and Arabic
