Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Coordinate the Supply Chain in collaboration with different entities and the Logistics Manager
• Provide recommendations for local repair and procurement options
• Provide requested quotes from local suppliers for required materials
• Assist the Logistics Manager to control the delivery in and out of spares from the warehouse facility
• Liaise with customer for the clearance of goods from customs
• Liaise with local procurement team in order to have local suppliers added to the approved suppliers list as required
• Coordinate with local shipping agents for the delivery and shipping of all required materials
• Contribute to the accuracy of the Asset Management System for all parts and spares locations
• Provide assistance to customer in the identification of Local Supply Chain option
• Input of Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders to the procurement management system
• Ensure the accurate and complete O&M Logistics processes and procedures are correctly followed
• Perform knowledge transfer to customer’s supply chain personnel on this overall scope of work under Logistics Manager responsibility

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience of Supply Chain Management
• Good skills with Microsoft Office Tools
• Previous use of Asset Management tools
• Good interpersonal skills
• Logistics related qualification
• Arabic Speaker
