Job description / Role
- Contribute towards achievement of electrical effectiveness and quality of services.
- Implementing switching operation and maintenance program for 33kv/11kv & 0.415kv substation equipment.
- Performed duties of electrical control engineer on switching of High Voltage and medium Voltage switching equipment.
- Monitoring and inspection of substation and equipment.
- Coordination with KAHRAMAA control center for switching operation.
- Implementing standard processes and procedure.
- Scheduling and Assisting Electrical repairing works ensure that all electrical works are all in proper condition and comply as per standard and procedure.
Requirements
- Switching Engineer for Bulk Consumer 33kv Substation.
- Must have Authorization from KARAMAA for switching on High and Low voltage level.
- Bachelor of Science of Electrical Engineering (5 years course).
- Above 15years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in supervisory role and Maintenance Experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Electrical Engineering Design and Repairing works.
- Good knowledge and understanding of standard and procedure of electrical inspection and procedure of electrical work.
- Good knowledge in electrical inspection and commissioning .
- Planning and Scheduling skills.
