Job Description

Purpose and Scope

As a Talent and Culture Intern, you will undertake a multi-faceted role that encompasses the coordination of onboarding, filing, off boarding and administration.

Qualifications

Required Skills

Communication: Communication is the act of conveying information through speech, writing or other methods. This requires you to be able to convey information clearly and concisely.

Time management: Time management is the ability to plan and execute tasks in a timely manner.

Organization: Organization is another skill that can be useful for T&C interns. This is because they often have many tasks to complete in a short period of time. Having good organizational skills can help them prioritize their work and complete it efficiently.

Requirements

Teamwork: Working well with others is an important skill. They often work with a team of people to develop learning programs and initiatives for an organization. This role requires collaboration and the ability to work with others to achieve common goals.

Problem-solving: Problem-solving skills are essential. They are responsible for creating and implementing training programs that meet the needs of their organization and its employees. They must be able to identify any issues that arise during training and develop solutions to overcome them.
