Team Leader - Automotive

Job description / Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Jaidah group for an experienced Team Leader to join our Automotive Division.

You will be responsible for a small team of technician’s ensuring that all workload is allocated and completed timely and effectively. You will also be responsible for ensuring that there is adequate maintenance of tool, equipment and other materials within the department.

You should also continually review the performance of your team monitoring any delays and aiding with the continued training and development of your team.

Requirements

In order to be successful within this position you must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a team leader in any of general motors dealerships in GCC.

Senior technicians who have more than 5 years’ of experience in all electrical diagnosis, under chassis, engine and transmission of GMC cars will also be considered.
