Job description / Role
Guildhall is representing an Integrated Facilities Management (FM) Service provider in Qatar.
Their background and project exposure includes High Rise, Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Hotel related schemes.
Due to the market growth of FM in Qatar, they are seeking to hire a Technical Business Development Manager.
This role does not require someone who has operated as a BDM previously (although preferred) but a preference will be given to someone with a Technical background and knowledge of the Qatar market.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Technical experience, ideally a qualified Engineer
- Extensive Facilities Management (FM) experience
- Strong knowledge of the Qatar market with particular exposure to tenders & prospective clients
- All of the above demonstrated in the CV
- Preferably has experience of Healthcare FM projects & tenders
