Tenant Coordinator - Doha Festival City - Al Futtaim Group Real Estate - Doha, Qatar

The responsibilities for this role will involve responsibilities of tenant liaison for matters related for mall tenants pertaining to primary contact within Doha Festival City Mall for all the tenants and is responsible for ensuring all tenants are aligned and comply with policies and regulations defined in the Al Futtaim Tenant Handbook, Administer Tenant Issue and Complaints Resolution process.

Reporting to the Tenant Relations Manager, this role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of tenants during their tenancy. This will include developing and managing effective relationships across tenants, the mall management team, customers and cross-functional staff.

The Tenant Coordinators will ultimately build relationships to ensure the successful delivery of the short, and medium expectations of Doha Festival City Mall stakeholders whilst implementing strategies to advance our retailers revenue, profitability, operations and sustainability.

Requirements

We are looking for a graduate with 3-5 years of experience in coordination preferably with a mall or a shopping centre.

Good communication and organisation skills are a must for this role.
