Job description / Role
Develop a full understanding of company's tendering process and requirements (be conscious of procedures and process, especially the required stages timelines).
Thoroughly review and comprehend each tenders SOW, technical requirements and deliverables.
Identify and fill the internal tender risk ledger (threats and opportunities) in an early stage, review with the Estimation & Tendering Manager and validate the proposed actions.
Identify any required RFIs to Client Representative (pertaining to any foreseen required/strategic information and/or mitigation
of risk), issues after validation with the Estimation Manager.
Develop innovative suggestions and methods for completing the required SOW to enhance the company's bid technical and financial value.

• BSc. Civil Engineering.
• Based in Qatar.
• Male.
