Use Case SME / Logrythm Expert up to 25K QAR for an IT Consulting Company in Qatar
Position: Use Case SME / LogRythm Expert
Salary: up to 25,000 QAR depending on experience and qualifications
Hiring Company: IT Consulting

Availability: Can join immediately (max 1 month)
Employment Type: Permanent (minimum 6 months contract)
Job Description:
• Implement use cases and behaviors that can detect in the infrastructure.
• Involve in authentication activities with added context, such as logins in critical systems and failed login attempts greater than a given threshold.
• Monitoring of user account creation, deletion and other activities to monitor resource and system access privileges.
• Monitoring of connection activities to provide an overview of the network connections by status, origin and direction.
• Monitoring and detecting policy changes such as audit, authentication and authorization.
• Activities related to threats, such as indicators of compromise, malware infections and identification of vulnerable systems.
• Activities related to monitoring day-to-day operational activities, such as inbound and outbound data usage or data usage by specific applications.
• Monitoring alert and incident response.
Salary:
QAR
25,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Candidate Profile:
• Open to ANY nationals
• Male/Female, 40 years old and below
Education/Experience Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or any related certification
• At least 8 to 10 years of experience in IT consulting industry
• Able to script use cases in LogRhythm
• Ability to develop Custom Parses with no supervision
• Sound experience and knowledge in scripting languages including Python, Power Shell
