Accountant

Job description / Role

- To timely disburse cash/cheques to internal, external customers.
- To verify and pass all expenses vouchers and ensure timely updating of the books of accounts
- To maintain and track the PR (Purchase Request) tracking system
- Maintain adequate records of cheques issued and ensure timely update of the entries in the books of accounts
- To track availability of funds in bank accounts, place adequate inter bank transfers, procure information on bank balances, procure banks statements and prepare necessary bank reconciliation statements.
- To effectively close the daily/monthly/quartely/annual accounts on a timely basis.
- To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices. to company policies and practices.
- To have complete orientation of EMS system of Hospital.
- Preparing daily MIS
- To Comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area
- To deposit daily cash collection in bank
- Verification of bank transactions and audit of bank reconciliation statements.
- To Comply with patient safety policy.
- To ensure safe utilization of equipment and proper waste disposal system.
- Monitor petty cash and record the expenses and asset entries to reconcile account balances.
- Prepare and record settlement salary, vacation and end of service for
- employees commensurate with Saudi labor law.
- Monitor and record purchases invoice with reconcile stock receipt voucher
- amount and quantity.
