Administrative Assistant

The Role

The world’s largest company focused on analytic data solutions through integrated data warehousing, big data analytics, and business applications seeks to hire an Administrative Assistant to join their team of 15 -18 employees, and to provide administrative support to the General Manager. This position will be based on Reception.


•Reception, greeting visitors and supporting their needs
•Assisting visitors with local travel and accommodation requirements
•Handling incoming/outgoing mail
•Assisting the General Manager to manage his diary, make appointments
•Keeping records and filing to fulfill legal and Teradata requirements
•Assist with the organization of meetings and customer events


Qualifications & Experience

•High sense of quality in delivering services
•Experienced with MS Office
•Good communication skills also via telephone
•Good English language skills, fluent and native Arabic
•Experience in an office administrative role
•Saudi nationality
