The core manufacturing activities of the industries operating under alfanar Building Systems are:
- Real estate development
- Façade cladding, glazing systems and architectural aluminum products
- Precast concrete products and architectural elements

Job Purpose

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the Technical and Engineering Department, ensuring that all aspects are organized, coordinated, and completed in a timely manner. This position requires a strong understanding of Windows & Doors, Structural Glazing Systems Conventional Curtain Wall Systems, Aluminium Wall Cladding Systems and Louvers., excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams .

Key Accountability Areas
- Preparing shop drawings and Fabrication Drawings and Cutting Lists.
- Preparing Material Take off Work Order.
- Prepare As built drawing.
- Designing and Detailing of Facade Curtain Wall and window for Buildings.
- Capable to handle software for Curtain wall, Doors & Window, which commonly used for Cutting List, Optimization, and Material take off.
- Familiar in International and Local Systems for Aluminium Façades, Windows and Doors.
- Evaluate and implement process improvements.

Role Accountability
- Excellent in 2D and 3D Auto CAD.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.

Academic Qualification
- Diploma Degree in Design

Work Experience
- 2 to 5 Years
