Analyst - Real Estate

Job description / Role

Seeking Investment Analysts – Real Estate AM – Riyadh. 1-2 yrs relevant Investments / Asset Management experience. Degree. Saudi Nationals, Male or Female.

Role:
- Participate, as part of the Real Estate Asset Management Team, in the sourcing and execution of Real Estate Deals / Funds
- Pro-active role in Financial Analysis, Financial Modelling and Structuring of Real Estate Fund Products; Negotiation of Term Sheets; Production of PPMs, and Management of CMA Application Process to support Marketing and Transaction Execution processes
- Help ensure that appropriate Controls and Strategies are in place for the Advisory and Real Estate Fund (Asset Management) Operations, and help monitor and manage Principal Business Risks
- Assist in Driving Revenues, Profitability and Efficiency of the Real Estate department, including its Advisory, and Real Estate Funds (Asset Management) and Placement Sub-Segments
- Assist Senior Bankers advise the Client’s management on Valuation, Process and Due Diligence to ensure the process moves smoothly towards closure
- Provide Marketing / Business development support to Senior Bankers, including drafting Pitches/Presentations, Company Profiles, and ad-hoc Analysis etc
- Keep abreast of current events in the MENA markets; and keep informed about critical issues in the news relevant to current and/or potential Clients

Requirements

- Saudi nationals
- 1-2 years relevant Real Estate Investments experience, ideally with REITs exposure.
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant subject or MBA/CFA/CAIA
- Good Financial Analysis and Real Estate Modelling experience; Risk Assessments and conducting Presentations to Management etc.
- Keen to be part of reputable Team and help grow the dept and AUM.
- Fluent in English and Arabic
