Armament Repair Technician will be a member of the AH-64E Maintenance Augmentation Team (MAT) in support of the Royal Saudi Land Forces Aviation Command (RSLFAC) customer as the Saudi AH-64D/E MAT General Aircraft Repair Technician. The Armament Technician is fully qualified and current in Aviation Intermediate Maintenance and Aviation Unit Maintenance (AVIM/AVUM) scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks to support the fleet. The MAT augments RSLFAC personnel in accomplishing AVIM/AVUM sustainment maintenance tasks, and provide supplemental on-thejob training to customer personnel to augment formal classroom training.

Maintain equipment and systems by removing, replacing, repairing or upgrading components. Troubleshoot problems on the AH-64 armament, electrical, avionics, and TADS/PNVS systems to isolate faulty components. Conduct complex functional tests by operating equipment and using appropriate test equipment. Perform a variety of inspections as required by equipment maintenance documents.

Document maintenance and inspection actions as required. Train and resolve problems for less experienced technicians. Work under general direction. Disassemble system components to support the correction of failures or implement changes. Perform routine troubleshooting of all aircraft components to isolate mechanical faults. Perform validation/verification testing of systems and components.

Inspect components before installation or usage to verify cleanliness and serviceability of components. Fabricates and modifies aerospace products according to specifications. Performs tasks associated with the safe handling of an aerospace vehicle. Perform other aviation shop, supply, GSE maintenance, and hanger tasks as necessary.

Must have AH-64D Longbow Apache armament/electrical training, or equivalent work experience on the aircraft. Be able to use the AH-64 IETM.

This job is Level B or level C, which will be determined by the level of experience, and qualifications, of the selected candidate in relation to the scope and responsibility of the position.

Position is contingent on contract award, and candidate’s ability to be trained and certified on the AH-64E aircraft.

Qualifications Required:
- Five (5) years of experience as an aircraft General Repair Technician.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience on AH-64D, or AH-64E aircraft.
