New Business Sales Team Manager needed for a market leading global IT Solutions provider for their Riyadh office. Managing a team of 6-10 top tier New business development managers.

You must be a fluent Arabic speaker, with extensive sales and management experience within IT solutions.

Office Location, Riyadh.

The New Business Sales Team Manager - IT Solutions is responsible for leading, coaching and developing a team of quota-bearing business development managers to increase revenue in Saudi Arabia

* Manage a team of 6-10 top tier new business hunters, ensuring that each team member is capable of developing and maintaining C-level relationships
* Attract and retain top talent.
* Overachieve vs. set financial objectives.
* Develop and execute strategy for achievement of business results tied to overall sales strategy
* Drive high activity by conducting team prospecting sessions with direct reports

You will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Requirements

The New Business Sales Team Manager - IT Solutions MUST:

* Be a FLUENT ARABIC speaker
* BASED IN RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA
* SENIOR MANAGER running a highly successful NEW BUSINESS sales team with demonstrable growth figures covering 3 years.
* Background as an AWARD WINNING NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, with demonstrable overachievements vs targets for 5 years.

You MUST be an expert in the IT SOLUTIONS or IT SERVICES sector, selling high value deals into C-LEVEL contacts.

Personal characteristics that describe you will be Inspiring, Process Driven, Detail Oriented, Disciplined.
