Our newest opportunity is for a talented Architect - KSA National to join our award winning team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

This critical role will be responsible for facilitating high quality project documentation required for different phases of projects. The role will also assist the Project Architect with the project coordination in all stages; from concept design through to contract documentation.

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include;

- Assist Project Architect in coordination and review of development of architectural and engineering construction drawings.
- Assists Project Architect with client meetings and project coordination.
- Provides solutions to resolve design issues.
- Prepares documentation for analysis and review for specific issues.
- Provides management update and reports.
- Responsible for generating architectural drawings utilizing AutoCAD , Revit or other Software.
- Provide technical solutions to resolve design issues.
- Compile data and perform computations.
- Provide project data as requested by the Project Architect or Project Manager (i.e. area schedules, building heights, number of stories, etc.)
- Prepare physical/visual survey documentation.
- May coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines and other departments participating on an assigned project.

Requirements

Qualifications

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include a minimum of 6 years' career experience partnered with a Bachelor in Architecture.
- Please note that this role is available for KSA Nationals with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and InDesign.
