Our newest opportunity is for a talented Architectural Engineer - GCC National - to join our award-winning team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include:

- Develop and maintain professional and meaningful relationships with the client to ensure program and project requirements are being satisfied.
- Ensuring the delivery of the contracted Design and Construction Management services to the client.
- Reviewing submitted shop drawings and material submittals (and the like) against the drawings & specifications, local codes and statutory requirements and international best practice
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of the program and project schedules for all phases of the project including procurement, planning, design and construction.
- Assisting the Planner in the assessment of contractor schedules and other planning matters (EDT, procurement, production)
- Ensuring compliance with all KEO internal processes and procedures.
- Previous experience in managing procurement of large design and build housing projects

Requirements

Qualifications

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 7 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Architecture.
- Luxury Housing construction experience is essential
- GCC National Role
