Assistant Cinema Manager KSA (Arabic Speaking)

• Service – ensuring that all employees are following Company's cinema service steps and related procedures. Encouraging the use of a common service language. Assisting the operations in front-line operations during peak trading periods and being a role model for all employees. Handling difficult customers and addressing any concerns raised by customers or employees.
• Team – creating an environment where all employees are motivated and treated as equals regardless of race, gender, religion, etc. Ensuring maximum amount of time possible is spent with the team and open communication between all departments to
• Amenities – conducting weekly inspections of all amenities and immediately addressing all concerns to the related parties. Overseeing cleanliness and presentation of all areas as per company cinema expectations.
• Policies & Procedures – operating the cinema as per the guidelines set out in the Cinemas Operations Manual and ensuring that the team is also adhering to all policies and procedures.
• Cinema Profitability – maintaining an up to date and sound knowledge of all cinema KPI’s and results. Ensuring that all expenses are kept to an absolute minimum without impacting on quality. Maximizing all potential revenue gains through service, selling techniques and overall experience of all guests.
• Health & Safety – ensuring a full understanding and compliance of company's cinema health and safety management system. Ensure the health, safety and welfare of all employees, guests, contractors and persons visiting the premises.
• Reporting – ensuring all reporting requirements are done within set time limits without errors to eliminate the need for works to be repeated and further errors to be made. Following up on reports completed by direct reports and the highest standard is maintained in any documents completed.
• Stock Control – ensure the security of all stock kept on site. Adequate control system and checks in place to minimize any potential losses or fraud. Monitoring the amount of stock is kept on site and ingredients/servings to ensure all stock inventory KPI’s are being met.

Requirements

• A demonstrated ability to achieve goals and objectives and manage key business relations.
• Above average oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a large team
• Demonstrated ability to serve as a successful participant on the executive management team that provides company leadership and direction.
• Should have good analytical skills.
• Ability to deal with employees at senior levels.
• Understand and implements as per companys operation manual.
