Assistant Contract Manager- Riyadh Metro Project- Up to US$12k per month
We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Contracts Manager to be based in Riyadh for a key client.
Our client is one of the main contractors within a JV partnership working on the new Riyadh Metro project in Saudi Arabia.
Reporting to the line contract manager you main functions will be;
* Supporting the Line Contract Manager with correspondence and claims including detailed topic research
* Liaison with sites for information gathering and correspondence assistance
* Assistance with Subcontract procurement (Contract drafting and revision)
* Day-to-day issues relating to Contract Department
* Attendance to internal and external meetings
Requirements
Our client expects to see solid experience within commercial or contracts roles and experience in the region is considered an advantage.
This is a great opportunity to get in to a role on the world's largest infrastructure project in the world. You will come from a quantity surveying or contract administration background and have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a civil construction environment preferably with some on-site experience as well. Any professional memberships you have will also be advantageous.
Our client expects to see solid experience within commercial or contracts roles and experience in the region is considered an advantage.
On offer would be a package value in the region of US$8-12k per month as well as some ex-pat benefits.
