Assistant FM/Senior Facilities Engineer - Jeddah

Engage Selection are recruiting on behalf of a leading KSA facilities management company who have secured the contract to supply the FM Services on a leading and premier education facility in the country. Our client require 6 Assistant FM/Facilities Engineers to join the team with strong experience in both FM and QA/QC relating to FM. Technical degrees are required as are a minimum of 4 years facilities management experience. Experience can be from outside the region.

Salary:
SAR 18,000 to 24,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- 5 years facilities management experience
- At least 4 years experience in QA/QC for facilities management
- Degree educated in a relevant technical subject - electrical, mechanical, civil, industrial or chemical)
- Additional facilities management certificates are a benefit

Hands on operations & maintenance experience on one or more of the following fields:
- HVAC systems
- Chiller plant
- Water & sewage treatment plant
- Electrical distribution system and building electricity maintenance
- Building structure interior & exterior maintenance
- BMS and low current systems
