Assistant Legal Counsel - Saudi National

Job description / Role

Our client, a leading professional services based organisation is looking to recruit an Assistant Legal Counsel to join their Riyadh office on a 12 month Contract. This role will work closely with the Legal team to provide assistance on key operational activities, work alongside our commercial team, and provide general support across client contracting matters.

Responsibilities:
• Provide support on a variety of routine and complex legal matters
• Conduct legal research and analysis, and assist on preparing presentations
• Assist in drafting, revising, and finalizing a wide range of documents critical to the day-to-day operations of the legal function
• Assist in reviewing NDAs, NRLs, and public sector RFPs
• Prepare and file legal documents on internal contract management platforms

Salary:
SAR 18,000 to 22,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Full proficiency in English and Arabic (written and verbal
• Performing with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and virtually across offices
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple workstreams
• Strong research and comprehension capabilities
• Robust problem analysis and problem-solving skills
