What you'll be doing

Organizational:

- Follow all relevant Project Management policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that
- work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner

Operational:

- Follow the day-to-day activities related to own job with minimal supervision to ensure continuity of work
- Follow-up on escalated cases /issues/questions of junior team members to ensure they are closed
- efficiently and in a timely manner
- Ensure LPOs have been signed in coordination with Project Administrator
- Ensure constant coordination with mall management representatives
- Coordinate in collaboration with Project Manager on budget, project scope, and project schedule
- Coordinate with local teams regarding store opening requirements (e.g. visual merchandising, etc.)
- Coordinate in collaboration with Design team on structural, lighting, mechanical, building code, fire services etc.
- Support Contracts team throughout the quotation process and contract terms negotiation with contractors
- Review builders' shop drawings and control deviation from approved drawings package
- Monitor budgets and construction schedule with contractors in coordination with Project Manager
- Manage on-site construction to control derivation with design proposal;
- Assist in furniture procurement where needed
- Conduct post store assessments (e.g. defects check with an emphasis on timely rectification)
- Participate in relevant projects and community activities as and when needed

Requirements:

What you'll need to succeed

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture\interior architect\Civil Engineering
- Professional Level (writing, reading, and speaking) Arabic and English
- Advanced Level in Auto-cad
- Good Level of MS Office
- 2-4 years of proven experience in Project management
- 2-4 years of proven experience in construction and consultancy
- working in Retail industry is a plus
- Flexibility to travel
- Saudi National
