Assistant Sales Manager

Job description / Role

Quest Search and Selection is currently seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to be based in KSA. You will represent a multinational consumer manufacturing company, known for their industry leading products across many verticals. You will report into the HQ in the UAE and be expected to deliver on:

* Sales of specific products in a designated territory
* Work closely with distributors/customers to deliver a consistent revenue across the business
* Achieve the assigned budget in terms of growth and profitability
* Devise sales strategies to increase profitability
* Monitor PSI for each product category
* Work closely with the logistics team and Marketing/Advertising agency to increase brand awareness/image

Requirements

To be considered, you must meet the following criteria: .

* Degree in Business/Sales
* 7-9 Years' sales experience in consumer goods (luxury accessories, watches etc)
* Strong technical product background
* Arabic speaker (ESSENTIAL)
* Confident, aggressive seller with strong communication skills
* Previous exposure with a principal/distributor is essential
