We are seeking an MRICS Associate Director Cost Consultancy or Associate Director of Quantity Surveying for a permanent position Tier 1 Construction Cost Consultancy for a position based in Makkah. KSA.Our clients is one of the premier construction cost consultancies in the Middle East and indeed across the globe.

MRICS chartered status is a requirement for this vacancy. Will will not be considering candidates without this!

• Fluent Arabic language skills are essential for this senior level position.
• Experience working for a Construction Cost Consultancy in A Director or Associate Director position.
• The role will be based in Makkah. Due to the designated status of this area you must be able to enter.
• 20+ years of experience. 20 years of experience must be POST Degree Qualification experience
• Previous Middle East exp is desirable, we can consider candidates without this, if you meet ALL the other requirements.
• Experience managing large teams of Quantity Surveying professionals
• A 3 year degree qualification in Civil Engineering,Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or another construction related Degree Qualification.

We are specifically seeking experience in Buildings Projects, Mixed Use, Commercial, Hotels, Residential projects.
In addition, you will have very strong Pre and Post Contract Experience.
This position is urgent, therefore we are seeking someone who can be available in 1 -2 months or possibly sooner.

N.B Preference will be given to candidates who are not currently working for another organisation in this region, due to non poaching agreements. If you are currently working for an organisation on projects in this area we cannot currently consider you for this role.

SALARY & BENEFITS
The salary banding for our client is 62000- 72,000 SAR Total Package PLUS the additional benefits listed below. Our client can be slightly negotiable for the right person

Salary:
SAR 62,000 to 72,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
