The project:

This is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major sports stadiums and associated projects in Saudi Arabia. Mace is currently delivering the programme which will require high-calibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Assisting the EPMO procurement of testing and commissioning scope from 3rd party service providers.
• Producing and agreeing the commissioning and handover management plan.
• Providing department compliance of EPMO process and procedures.
• Working with LDC to ensure commissioning and operational maintenance is embedded within the LDC design.
• Supervising all members of the commissioning management team.
• Day-to-day management of the handover record management team.
• Accountable for knowledge transfer program for all Saudi resources within the testing and commissioning area under the contractual requirement of the PMC.
• Supporting excellence department safety with MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) safe systems of work.
• Day to day reporting to the director of commissioning and handover on all testing and commissioning details program wide.
• Deputising for the director of commissioning and handover.
• Functionally supports senior commissioning engineers with progress of commissioning and handover of stadium development program.
• Producing of commissioning strategy.
• Functionally managing senior commissioning managers on all stadium projects.
• Assisting senior commissioning engineers with production of commissioning plan for their specific stadium asset.
• Assisting handover team with handover plan for each specific stadium asset.
• Supporting commissioning management department with latest technical updates.
• Providing department compliance of EPMO process and procedures.

Requirements

You’ll need to have:

• A relevant degree qualification.
• Chartered or pursuing a similar level of professional qualification.
• Construction or project management.
