Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Providing administrative support to executive management such as scheduling, meetings, and the preparation of the meeting room.
- Processing incoming mail, answering calls, and redirect them or keep messages.
- Filling, scanning, copying, faxing, and printing documents for administrative purposes.
- Coordinate paperwork and information flow in office.
- Resolve customer service calls and requests.
- Greet and welcome guests.
- Check, sort, and forward email.
- Monitor office suppliers and place orders when necessary.
- Keep update record and files.
- Drafting letters, memos, and other correspondence for executives or clients.
- Interfacing with clients and other individuals in person or over the phone to provide information about policies, procedures, and services.
- Attend meetings and collect minute of meetings.

Requirements

- Proven customer support experience.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Highly responsible & reliable.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written), second language an asset.
