Employment: Full Time

Our client, an investment company based out of Saudi Arabia is seeking to recruit the following position:

The role: Associate, Real Estate Department.

The Associate will be responsible to perform the following tasks:
• Managing Existing Funds
• Structuring New Products
• Regulatory Submissions
• Seeking Bank Facilities for newly established Funds
• Drafting Proposals
• Assessing and Analyzing incoming Proposals
• In charge of Products’ 3rd party Service Providers (Custodian, Valuators, Advisors, Lawyers, etc..)
• Market Research and Due Diligence
• Analyze incoming Valuations and Feasibility Studies
• Real Estate Development Financial Modeling.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree with a concentration/major in finance and/or real estate preferred
• CFA, equivalent qualification will be an added advantage
• Minimum 3 - 6 years of experience in Fund Management
• Familiarity with the capital market products in the gulf region (preferably in KSA)
• Familiarity with different valuation methods
• Awareness of the Saudi Capital Market Authority laws and regulations
• Strong quantitative skills and demonstrated analytical ability
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Outstanding communication, team work and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as an integral member of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) & ability to learn new applications
• Excellent communications skills in English – Spoken and written.
