Job Description

- To drop off and collect guests by hotel buggy according to the standards and procedures of the hotel
- To deliver newspapers and messages to guest rooms, and to deliver and collect luggage in a timely and efficient manner.
- To load and unload cars on arrival and departure of guests, and assist guests entering and leaving the vehicles.
- To ensure that guests expectations are met or exceeded by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service
- To check the lobby helping to keep it clean and tidy and report any defects.
- To check the hotel buggies making sure they are clean and in good working order.
- Answer and assist with inquiries, in person and on the phone, providing information on the Hotel and local area to guests. Market and up-sell facilities, and amenities whenever possible.
- Handles customer complaints if possible, or reports them to supervisors.
- Keeps the luggage carts and holding areas clean and in tip top condition

Requirements

- Follows the preventive maintenance program / schedule of buggies and other equipment.
- Assist guests with transportation needs with our transportation team.
- Contributes to the morale and team spirit of the hotel by maintaining effective relationships with colleagues.
- Performs additional duties as directed by supervisors.
- Makes appropriate suggestions and recommendations to supervisors for the general improvement of the hotel.
- Is fully conversant with all health and safety, fire and emergency procedures.
- Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, and body language.
- Is polite and professional in any situation where the image or regulation of the hotel is represented.
- Attends meetings and training as required by supervisors.
- Ensures that all activities are carried out honestly, ethically, and within the parameters of Vietnamese Law.
